Are your phone cases made to order?
Most designs are printed shortly after you place your order, ensuring fresh, high-quality prints every time — no old stock or faded designs.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in production or shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address.

Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
What can I return?
We accept returns for:
Defective items
Incorrect items
Damaged items on arrival
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, Wester Wave covers the return shipping.
For change of mind, the customer pays return postage.
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in original packaging.
AI Artwork & Collections Are the designs original?
Yes — all designs are created using unique AI-driven artwork, curated and refined by our team to create looks you won’t find anywhere else.
How do your collections work?
Each drop is built around a theme and includes 15–20 uniquely designed prints.
We regularly introduce new collections so you can switch up your style whenever you want.
Tracking & Delivery
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Check with neighbours or your local post office first.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help lodge a carrier investigation.
